For busy mums out there keen to find their fitness mojo and locate their pre pregnancy body, which we all know is hidden under there somewhere. This book gives you 99 fun ideas for how to run (or generally improve health and happiness through other forms of exercise) with your children in tow. With dedicated sections taking you through all the various stages of your childrens development, from newborn baby to stroppy teenager there really is no excuse.
As useful for absolute beginners who are clueless about where to start as it is for seasoned runners struggling to fit it all in on top of family life. Some of the ideas will be common sense kicks up the backside ones, and others will leave you thinking "Now why didn't I think of that?"
There is even a bonus section on how to cope with a not so supportive 'him indoors'.
The book suggest practical light hearted solutions to time management and endless creative ideas for burning calories every day whilst still being a super (most of the time) mum and deals with the guilt we often feel as mothers when seemingly we put our own health needs before those of our families.

What are people saying about this book?
Very easy to read ebook with some great ideas and tips each tailored to suit your changing schedule from having a newborn and perhaps only managing a walk a day with the pram, up to tummy time planks and peek a boo sit ups when your baby is a little older. I read most of it over a few days night feeds. Just need to put the wise words into action now. Great value for money - I thoroughly recommend!
The book is simply great! Such an easy read, witty and honest, I'm sure every mum can relate to it. Reading this book is like talking to your best friend who knows you well. You can find many great ideas and surely after reading it you will have no more excuses )

How to Run with a Baby edition by Julie Creffield Health Fitness Dieting eBooks
Being a running mother of two, I figured a lot of the information in this e-book would be redundant based on what I'd previously read and done. However, I think it's good for someone just starting out and trying to figure out how running is going to fit into the mommy life. The book is definitely meant for the first-time mom, and it also assumes that the reader is a stay-at-home mother. Half the information is directed toward general parenting tips, while the rest is for running and not super specific. Also, American readers may have issues trying to get through the e-book and understanding it, as it uses a lot of British words, phrases, and slang terms. Overall, if I had a first-time British mom friend who was a runner, I'd recommend this to her.Product details

How to Run with a Baby edition by Julie Creffield Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
I read this book on a lengthy night feed with my toddler & it has given me a few ideas & inspiration to get back to distance walking again, especially now the weather is better. Suggestions for around the house activities were particularly useful.
I LOVE the Fat Girls Guide to Running blog so I knew I would love this book as well. Julie is a great writer who can easily combine great tips with laughter.
A nice simple but humorous approach to how to get round the (many) obstacles thrown into the path of an awesome mother runner. I really enjoyed reading the suggestions, some of which seemed fairly obvious but sometimes it takes an outsider to give you a nudge in the right direction ! Well worth buying!
I found this book very helpful. As my children are older (7 and 13) I wasn't sure it would be relevant but there are sections which focus on balancing the responsibilities of parenting older children and teenagers with keeping yourself fit. In addition there are lots of ideas on how to encourage the kids to become active too. Julie presents herself as a normal down to earth person which I could relate to. Because her advice is realistic and practical I was motivated to take action and do what I could.
I am actually not a mother at all, but enjoy Julie's writing and she has inspired me through her blog so I wanted to support her newest endeavor. I am new to the running world and enjoyed this book - at times I had to go back and try to figure words or phrases out as I am from America and some of the slang was unfamiliar to me. I think this has some great ideas for new moms, but this does assume that the reader is a stay at home first time mother. It is not to say that working mothers cannot use some of the the helpful hints, but all "99 ways to run" will not be applicable.
I would recommend this to new mothers who have taken an interest in running and someone who understands the slang or doesn't mind some minor 'Googleing'
Julie has a light and humorous style to her writing that makes her topic a joy to read. Committing to anything after having a child is often difficult and frustrating, but this ebook makes you believe it can be done - with ease! As a mother of two teenagers I know personally the struggle of finding time for yourself to do the things that re-energize and refresh. In this book there are 99+ ingenious and creative ideas to help mothers, both new and old, revamp their schedule to fit those important things in around raising their family. I liked the way the book is divided into sections for mothers of infants, toddlers, elementary school age through adult children. This is a book you can pick up and put down many times, finding new nuggets of information each time you flip through it. There is also a convenient checklist at the end which summarize the 99 suggestions. This is a book any woman who has trouble prioritizing exercise can benefit from reading. It is a quick and easy read that makes you feel like you're sitting across the table having coffee with a valued friend who is a little bit further down the road of exercising during motherhood!
